SHIPPING 

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days on Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Domestic – Domestic orders are shipped via UPS and we offer the following services:

UPS Ground
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.  Free shipping via UPS Ground for orders placed over $300.

International – International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL and shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Our international shipping cost is not inclusive of any import duties and taxes which are set by the destination country. At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to make a return, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Unworn, new with tag items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. Orders that fall outside this time frame will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.

For returns or exchanges, please reach out to shop@christylynn.com. We will provide you with the shipping label via email. Please allow up to 10 business days after delivery for our warehouse to process any returns or exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 days for your bank to process.

No price adjustments or price matches will be honored.
